-
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling is easy! You can book an appointment via our online booking system, by calling our office, via instagram and Facebook pages or through email. Once you book and pay for your service the RN will call you to set a pre-requisite appointment for a 5 minute to 30 minute consultation (depending on service booked) as a required screening for receiving an injection, IV hydration and coaching. This allows us to understand your wellness goals, review your health history and/or questionnaire, and make sure you’re booking the service that best fits your needs. We’ll discuss the best day/time for you as well as location for either the telehealth (coaching) appointment (you must be in North Carolina at the time of your appointment), and/or lab draw or injection. This prevents confusion and ensures proper booking. All labs are cash or card purchase which do not require a screening by the MD.
-
Is there a travel or mobile fee?
Locations beyond 20 miles from our base incur a flat $75 mobile travel fee. Locations beyond 35 miles from our base incur a flat $100 mobile travel fee.
-
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
A little prep helps your visit go smoothly:
For RN health coaching sessions:
Bring (or have access to) recent labs, blood pressure readings, weight, or blood sugar logs if you have them.
Think about 1–2 main goals you want to focus on (energy, weight, blood sugar, stress, sleep, etc.).
For all appointments:
Hydrate: Drink water beforehand unless you’ve been told otherwise.
Eat a light snack: A small meal 1–2 hours before your visit can help prevent dizziness, especially with IVs or lab draws.
Have your ID ready: And any relevant health information.
Make a list of medications & supplements: Including doses and how often you take them.
Choose a calm space: A comfortable chair or couch with an outlet nearby is ideal for IV hydration.
For IV hydration & injections:
Wear loose sleeves so we can easily access your arm.
Avoid heavy alcohol and high-fat meals right before your appointment.
Let us know ahead of time if you’ve ever had reactions to IVs, injections, or medications.
For lab draws:
Drink water so your veins are easier to access.
If your test requires fasting, follow the instructions provided by the lab (usually nothing but water for 8–12 hours).
If you’re ever unsure, you can always message us before your appointment and we’ll guide you on how to prepare.

Why do I need a consultation before booking?
Why do I need a consultation before booking?
Consultations are free for all new clients, and they’re an important part of keeping your care safe, personalized, and seamless. Before any wellness service—especially injections—we complete a quick health review, allergy check, and screening to make sure everything is appropriate for you and aligns with our physician-approved guidelines.
Your consultation also helps us:
Confirm the right service for your goals
Answer questions and discuss your interests
Prevent booking errors or unnecessary visits
Create a personalized plan just for you
Send you the correct booking links for easy scheduling
If no-shows increase in the future, a small non-refundable consultation fee may be added, but right now—it’s completely free.
This process protects your safety, respects your time, and ensures you receive the highest level of RN-led wellness care.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. No-call/no-show sessions are charged in full.
-
Do I need an order or need to see a physician to receive care?
Consent is required for all services.. Screening by the RN is mandatory for injections and IV hydration. A licensed physician oversees all clinical services.
